Currently their isn't a published  availability calendar on our website.    However BOOKED DATES  are updated daily  and are listed respectively BY MONTH  ON THE RATES PAGE .      Gary can provide you dates available through the CONTACT  information box  or by phone  by request.      We recommend you  plan and book soon for the peak summer season! 

Nightly and weekly rates vary by season.   Renting BOTH EAGLE'S NEST  and GARDEN VIEW CONDOS together for

4 or more nights gets you a 10% discount .   We require a 3 night minimum stay during peak season.

We have liberal cancellation or to change dates policies.
